Background & Experience
Randy Young has a broad base of experience in corporate real estate, including development, brokerage and client account management. This diverse background of real estate practice enables him to assist clients with multiple aspects of commercial real estate. Randy uses a team-building approach to assemble the appropriate group of experts, utilizing both internal resources and outside professional service providers, to meet the needs of each individual client within the context of market conditions.
Randy joined NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson in February of 1993, as the Project Manager for Cornell Oaks Corporate Center which includes 116 acres with 683,221 square feet of corporate offices, high-tech flex space, and service amenities. At Cornell Oaks, he was responsible for development of new buildings, project marketing and supervising tenant relations. For seven years prior to joining the company, Randy was Vice President of the marketing and development activities for Birtcher Frank Properties. He has over 30 years of office and industrial brokerage as well as development experience.
Education
Randy earned his B.S. degree in finance from Oregon State University and has completed post-graduate study in project management at Portland State University.
