Background & Experience
A native of Portland, Oregon, Joe joined the staff of NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson in 1967 and became a partner in 1971. Joe has been in semi-retirement since July 2003. Currently, he is part of the administrative committee for Tax Deferred Investment Plan (TDIP).
Joe also works with NBS Real Estate Capital. His primary responsibilities with NBS Real Estate Capital are business development and marketing for Morrison Street Fund I, LP. The business relationships he has built in the Pacific Northwest throughout his 36-year career are proving to be invaluable resources for NBS Real Estate Capital and the Fund.
Education
Joe graduated from Oregon State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in General Science in 1962.
