Background & Experience
Scott Pierce joined NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson in 2008 to specialize in industrial leasing and sales. Scott teamed up with veteran brokers Michael Merino and Scott MacLean to provide a full spectrum of services to his clients. He focuses on properties in Southwest Portland and along the I-5 corridor.
In 2009, Scott represented the City of Portland in acquiring a 2-acre parcel for its parks and recreation fleet in Southeast Portland. He also represented Harsch Investment Properties in leasing 20,000 square feet near PGE Park.
Prior to entering the commercial real estate field, Scott spent 10 years coaching college football in four states in the Western and Midwestern United States. Most recently, he served as Assistant Head Coach and Defensive Coordinator at Lewis & Clark College.

Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts in history from Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, WA.
