Background & Experience
Debra McCracken joined NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson’s Property Management Department in 2001. Debra is a licensed sales associate in Oregon and Washington with more than 15 years of experience. She has handled portfolios of over one million square feet, consisting of office, retail, and industrial properties.

Throughout Debra’s career, she has specialized in overseeing major capital improvement projects. Interior renovations and full elevator modernizations are a few examples of her experience supervising tenant improvements.

Education
Debra earned her Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) in 2006.
