Background & Experience
Jack joined NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson in 1978. He has worked on site searches for Nike, SEH America, Toshiba, Fujitsu Microelectronics, Genentech, National Semiconductor, Japan Aviation Electronics and RCA/Sharp, and has sold and leased property for Nike, FMC, Hewlett-Packard, NEC, Boeing, OKI, Hartford Insurance, Ford, Tektronix and Weyerhaeuser. Jack has been involved in the sale of over 11,500 acres in the Pacific Northwest valued at over $450 million and the lease and sale of buildings and investment properties valued at over $500 million. In addition, he has consulted on and marketed such high-quality real estate projects as Hawthorn Farm Industrial Park, Clackamas Business Center, Union Ridge Business Campus, Parkrose Business Center, Roseway Industrial Park, and Cornell Oaks Corporate Center.
With 45 years of marketing/sales experience, Jack has consistently been one of the top salespersons for NAI NBS over the past 32 years. He has been recognized by the Portland/Vancouver Commercial Association of Realtors as “Industrial Broker of the Year,” twice recipient of the Bill Naito Award for Professional Achievement in Real Estate Services, and twice recipient of the NAIOP Industrial Transaction of the Year.
Education
Jack holds a Master's degree from the University of Oregon, and a Bachelor's degree from Oregon State University. He served 4 years of active duty in the United States Army and was honorably discharged with the rank of Captain.
