Background & Experience
Jack Gallagher’s commercial real estate career spans over 20 years with NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson. During his tenure, he has garnered tenant, landlord, and developer relationships as an expert in shopping center leasing, sales and site selection. He received the 1990 and 1995 National Leadership Award for Shopping Centers from NAI Global, and was awarded the 1998 Portland Commercial Association of Realtors Retail Broker of the Year. In addition, Jack was the NAI NBS “Top Two Producer” in 1998.
Prior to working for NAI NBS, Jack held management positions with Westin Hotels, Hotel St. Francis and The Plaza Hotel.
Education
Jack holds a B.S. degree in Business and Industrial Engineering from Oregon State University and served in the United States Army Corps of Engineers as a Commissioned Officer. Jack is a licensed real estate broker in both Oregon and Washington.

• Hillsboro Promenade - Acquired land, assisted developer in design, leased up 100,000 sf shopping center

• Has assisted numerous large and specialty retailers in locating sites throughout the greater Portland marketplace
