Background & Experience
Monique Clouser is an experienced property manager specializing in office and retail properties from the construction phase to full operational capacity. She adds value to her assets by overseeing capital improvements while maintaining good tenant relationships.
Since joining NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson in 1996, Monique has facilitated capital improvement projects such as elevator modernization, roof replacement, HVAC upgrades and extensive interior common area upgrades. She manages on-site staff and excels at hands-on tenant service and lease administration.
Monique has managed more than two million square feet of office and retail space in her career to date. In 2002 she was awarded Property Manager of the Year by Building Owners and Managers (BOMA). She was NAI NBS’ Property Manager of the Year in 2002 and 2008, and was named IREM’s 2008 Certified Property Manager of the Year.
Education
Monique is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and has earned the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. She is a licensed broker in the states of Oregon and Washington and has a business degree from Linfield College.
