NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson expands retail brokerage team

NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson added Debra L. Rosenbaum to the Retail brokerage team announced J. Clayton Hering, President of Norris, Beggs & Simpson Companies.

Rosenbaum will work closely with the rest of the brokerage team in initiating leasing and sales opportunities. She brings over 20 years of marketing and sales experience to the firm. Having been involved in several industries including finance, retail, restaurant/food service and fashion, Rosenbaum has an insider's perspective on the various commercial real estate needs businesses face. She also possesses a background in financial management, financial analysis and asset managment where she has honed her analytical and research skills. Coupled with her marketing experience, Rosenbaum is uniquely qualified for retail real estate brokerage.

Rosenbaum attended California State University at Long Beach where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business.  She is a licensed Oregon State broker.
