NAI NBS expands Brokerage and Property Management Teams

NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson added Thomas Smythe to the industrial brokerage team and Denise Coulson to the property management division, announced J. Clayton Hering, President of Norris, Beggs & Simpson Companies.

Smythe will work closely with the rest of the brokerage team in initiating leasing and sales opportunities. He will be negotiating leases, compiling and organizing data for transactional transparency and conducting in-depth market research and analysis to create comprehensive proposals and marketing packages.

Smythe attended the University of the South in Sewanee, Tennessee, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. He is a licensed Oregon State broker.

Coulson brings 19 years of facilities and property management experience to a highly-skilled team at NAI NBS. She will oversee the on-site management of one of Portland’s premier downtown office buildings: 400 SW Sixth Avenue Building. She has managed several prominent properties, including IBM’s Beaverton campus.

Coulson has earned several designations including Real Property Administrator (RPA) and Facilities Management Administrator (FMA).
