New America Capital moves to Columbia Tech Center

New America Capital will be moving into a 5,928 sf, Class A office space in Columbia Tech Center. Tamara Fuller, Senior Associate Broker for NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson represented New America Capital in the lease.
New America Capital has grown to provide residential and commercial mortgage lending services within Washington, Oregon, Idaho and California and is joining forces with a credit rehabilitation services company. Expectations are that the additional service will help continue the growth of the mortgage business, as well as generate substantial income on its own. Confidence in the local and regional housing markets has spurred the company to find larger space to accommodate their current expansion and future growth.
