Kurisu International, Inc. recently sold its headquarters to Joseph Hughes Construction for $1,375,000. Located at 11125 SW Barbur Boulevard, the 8,200 sf building will serve as an expanded headquarters for the General Contractor. Norris, Beggs & Simpson's Chris Johnson, Joseph Vaughan and Sean Turley brokered the transaction.
The sale signals the growth of two local-grown companies. “It was a unique deal in the sense that the sale originated from two local companies needing not only additional space, but a facility that also enabled them to better serve their clients,” explained Johnson, executive vice president of Norris, Beggs & Simpson.
